Rules You Should Know
All the policies scattered throughout the app, summarized in one place. Please review these before managing a team or joining as a mercenary.
Club Membership & 3-Club Limit
Core policies regarding club membership.
1 Player, Up to 3 Clubs
You can be a member of up to 3 clubs simultaneously. To join a new club, you must be in fewer than 3 clubs. If you are already in 3, you must leave one first.
Invite Code Expiry
Invite codes are valid for 7 days after issuance. If expired, ask an admin (captain or vice-captain) to generate a new one.
Auto-close at Max Members
When a club reaches its maximum member count (up to 50), recruitment closes automatically. Pending join requests are automatically rejected.
Permanent Ban After Expulsion
You cannot re-apply to a club that has expelled you. Expulsion records are permanently stored on the server.
Captain Withdrawal Conditions
A captain must transfer their role to another member before leaving. The leave button is disabled until the transfer is complete.
Stats Edit Permission
Stats (Speed, Shot, Pass, etc.) are entered once by the player themselves. After the initial entry, only captains and vice-captains can modify them.
Manner Temperature
A score representing a player's trustworthiness. It changes based on post-match opponent ratings and no-show reports.
Starting Value
Granted to all users upon sign-up
Restriction Threshold
Mercenary features fully blocked below this
Score Change Criteria
| Submit 5-star opponent rating (post-match) | +3.0°C |
| Submit 4-star opponent rating | +1.5°C |
| Submit 3-star opponent rating | ±0°C |
| Submit 2-star opponent rating | -1.5°C |
| Submit 1-star opponent rating | -3.0°C |
| No-show report approved (per report) | -3.0°C |
* Score range is 0–100°C only. | Internal scrimmages have no opponent rating tab and do not affect Manner Temperature.
Actions With No Effect
Voting on match attendance, position assignments, MOM voting, and applying/rejecting mercenary requests have no effect on Manner Temperature.
No Automatic Recovery
Your score does not recover automatically over time. The only way to raise it is to receive 4- or 5-star ratings from opponents.
Club Average Score
A club's Manner Score average is calculated from all members' individual scores. It is recalculated immediately whenever membership changes (join, leave, expulsion).
Club Dissolution
Dissolution is permanent. A disbanded club cannot be restored.
Who Can Request
Only the captain can request club dissolution.
Dissolution Process
Club with only 1 member
If the captain is the only member, the club can be dissolved immediately without any vote.
Club with 2 or more members
Captain requests dissolution → All members receive a consent notification.
All members must consent. If even one member rejects, dissolution is cancelled immediately.
If a member does not respond within 48 hours, it is treated as rejection — dissolution is void.
Members who voluntarily leave or are expelled during the vote are automatically counted as consenting.
Pending Join Requests Auto-Rejected
When dissolution is confirmed, all pending join requests are automatically rejected and applicants are notified.
Match Records Preserved
Past match records are not deleted when a club is dissolved. Opponents see the club displayed as '(Disbanded Club)'.
Match Schedule
Rules about registering match schedules and attendance voting.
Registration Permission
Only captains and vice-captains can register match schedules.
Attendance Vote Deadline
Attendance votes can only be submitted before the match start time. Once the match begins, voting and changes are no longer possible.
In-Progress Match
A match is shown as 'In Progress' between its start and end times. During this window, goals can be recorded quickly using the live scoring feature.
Past Match
Once the match end time passes, it automatically moves to the past matches list. Match recording becomes available from this point.
Vote Reminder Notification
Captains and vice-captains can manually send a vote reminder to members who have not yet responded.
Match Record
How to record match results and what the record view contains.
Recording Permission
Only captains and vice-captains can register or edit match records.
How to Enter Recording
Tap the edit icon on the past match detail screen to enter the record form. This is only accessible after the match end time has passed.
Step-by-Step Recording
Fill in the steps in order: participants → goal sheet → substitution sheet → video — then submit.
Result Tab Structure
Match results are shown across 4 tabs: Info / Timeline / Lineup / Video.
Opponent Not on Squadon
You can still record matches against teams that are not on Squadon by setting them as 'Opponent (TBD)'.
Link Opponent Later
If the opponent is later confirmed to be a Squadon club, you can link them via the connection sheet. Lineups and timelines from both sides will then be merged.
Match Made via Match Making
Matches arranged through Squadon's Match Making feature are automatically linked to the opponent's records from the moment of acceptance. Both lineups and timelines appear on each side.
MOM Voting
After each match, teammates vote to select the Man of the Match (MOM).
Activation Condition
Voting opens once an admin (captain or vice-captain) records the match results. A push notification is sent when the record is submitted.
Voting Deadline
MOM voting closes automatically at 23:59 KST on the match day. No votes or changes are possible after this time.
No Duplicate Votes
One vote per person. Once you vote, you cannot change your choice or cast additional votes.
Tie Handling
If two or more players are tied for the most votes, all are awarded MOM jointly. Multiple winners are allowed.
Mercenaries Included
Mercenaries who participated in the match are also included as MOM candidates. A 'Mercenary' badge is displayed next to their name.
Note on Scrimmages
Internal scrimmages (practice matches) have no opponent rating tab and do not affect Manner Temperature.
Squad (Position Assignment)
Pull in attendees from vote data and assign positions by quarter.
Auto-Load Attendees
Only members who voted ATTEND are automatically loaded for squad assignment. Mercenaries can also be included.
Quarter Management
You can manage position assignments separately for each quarter. Assign different players per quarter.
Random Assignment
Use the random function to auto-assign positions all at once.
Display Types
Choose from three display types: Basic Unit (color-coded) / Uniform + Number / Profile Image. A split view that separates team members and mercenaries is also available.
Share & Save as Image
You can save the completed squad as an image or share it to other apps.

How to Apply & Accept
Admins of clubs other than the posting club can apply for a match. Multiple clubs can apply to a single post simultaneously. The posting club's admin selects which to accept or reject.
Acceptance Flow
Club matching has no VIEWED (review) step. Applications go directly from PENDING to ACCEPTED. The post status switches to MATCHED immediately upon acceptance.
Auto-Reject on Acceptance
When one club is accepted, all remaining PENDING applications for that post are automatically rejected.
Contact Info Reveal Timing
Contact details (name + phone number) for both sides are revealed in-app after the post reaches MATCHED status. Numbers are not exposed before acceptance.
Phone Number Required
You must set a phone number in your profile before posting or applying for a match. Without it, access is blocked and you are redirected to profile settings.
Post Expiry
Once the match date has passed, the post is automatically hidden from the list. It is not deleted — you can still find it using filters.
Cancelling a Match
Even after a match reaches MATCHED status, the posting club's admin can cancel the match. The post does not revert to OPEN after cancellation.
Head-to-Head (H2H) Stats Scope
H2H records only include matches accepted through the Match tab. Matches entered manually on the match registration screen are not counted in H2H statistics.
Match Making Advantage
Matches arranged through Squadon Match Making automatically sync both clubs' records, creating a shared timeline from both sides.

YouTube clip segments from match records and personal clips all in one feed.
Auto-Published
YouTube clip segments added in the match record's video tab are automatically published to the Highlight Feed in reverse chronological order.

Clip Playback
Only the segment you set in the match record is played — not the entire YouTube video. Highlight key moments to grow your view count.
